In this stressful, fast-paced world, many of us face anxiety, overwhelm and lack of good work/life integration. But even if you’re incredibly busy, you can make some time to embrace your inner sloth and relax. This session will help you find ways to be happier, think more positively, use the healing power of gratitude, control negative thoughts, and let go of the stress of worrying about the future. We will learn how to control emotional contagion, live in the moment, ask for help, and say “no”. This session will share wellness tips that you can use in 60 seconds when panic, freeze, flight or fight kicks in, as well as stress reduction techniques and tips you can use immediately to improve your quality of life.
