This lecture will consider a range of non-septic causes of tenosynovitis Involving the carpal flexor tendon sheath including exostoses of the caudal distal radius, osteochondromas, accessory carpal bone fractures and a variety of intrathecal soft tissue injuries. Routine surgical rubrics will be discussed, along with commonly encountered difficulties and steps to taken to mitigate such issues.
