Total joint replacement is perceived as a daunting group of procedures with a prolonged learning curve. As such, relatively few veterinary surgeons are proficient in this field, yet the demand from clients is growing at a rapid pace. During this seminar, speakers will discuss various strategies to overcome the learning curve, including experiences with fellowship programs, tips from 'self-taught' surgeons, and ways to maximize success with careful case selection.
