Dr. Lynn Pezzanite is a board-certified equine surgeon. She completed her large animal surgery residency and PhD at Colorado State University and is currently an assistant professor within the Translational Medicine Institute at Colorado State University. Her research program focuses on comparative orthopedic approaches to the study of pathological responess in joint disease, the role of the gut microbiome in osteoarthritis progression, and the development of refined regenerative therapy approaches to treat musculoskeletal disease.
