Carrie Schroeder is a veterinary anesthesiologist from the University of Wisconsin School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed residency at the University of Wisconsin in 2011 and never left the beautiful city of Madison. She spends her free time with her husband and three daugters, enjoying running and horseback riding. Her clinical and research special interests include regional anesthesia and anesthesia of non-domestic species. She served as co-editor of the second edition of Canine and Feline Anesthesia and Co-Existing Disease and is a co-editor of the new edition of Lumb and Jones' Veterinary Anesthesia and Analgesia.
