Important Dates

August 24 | Last day before rates increase and the last day to register for a laboratory and AO PEER.
September 7 | Online registration closes at 11:59 pm (ET). Last opportunity to cancel registration for a partial refund.

Laboratory Registration

The last day to register for a laboratory is August 24. 

ACVS reserves the right to cancel any laboratory that does not meet the minimum number of required registrations set by ACVS on or before August 24. In the event a laboratory is canceled, all registrants for the canceled laboratory will be notified via email no later than August 31, and all paid registration fees will be refunded.

Registrants for laboratories are advised not to make airline and hotel reservations until after August 31 to ensure their selected laboratory is not canceled. ACVS will not reimburse for travel in the case of a cancellation.

All laboratory registration fees must be paid in full by August 24 to guarantee a seat in the desired laboratory. All unpaid seats will be released after August 24 and offered to other participants.

Registration Rates

Full meeting registration includes the Mark W. Allam Lecture, keynote lectures, lunches, access to the exhibit hall, the Scientific Poster Session, and multiple networking events. One-day registrations have access to all seminars and events specific to that one day only. To register by mail or via fax, a printable registration form is available.

Please note: Registrants will need to provide their license number during the registration process in order to receive CE credit for the 2023 ACVS Surgery Summit.

Surgery Summit On-Demand

Continue the learning after the Surgery Summit! To maximize your learning opportunities while attending the Surgery Summit, ACVS will record two groupings of Summit seminars and a keynote lecture and make them available on demand. Each on-demand recording offers additional hours of continuing education credits.

Cancellation/Change Policy

An administrative fee of $75 will be charged per item changed within your registration. A $75 fee will be assessed upon cancellation of full meeting registration. After the deadlines (laboratories and AO PEER after August 24; meeting registration after September 7), cancellation requests will be granted only in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., death in the family, medical emergency) and must be supported by written documentation. Please allow 30 days for processing refund requests. All refunds and changes must be requested in writing:
