Exhibit Hall Hours

Thursday, October 12, 9 am–7:30 pm
Friday, October 13, 9 am–5 pm
Saturday, October 14, 9 am–2 pm

Name badges are required for entry to the exhibit hall. Badges for guests can be purchased onsite at the ACVS Surgery Summit Registration Desk. For safety reasons, children under 12 years of age are not permitted in the exhibit hall.

Events in the Exhibit Hall

Enjoy complimentary refreshment breaks and lunch inside the exhibit hall and network with attendees during the Scientific Poster Reception on Thursday evening. Use the dated lunch vouchers provided with your registration materials at any lunch station in the exhibit hall for complimentary lunch.
